Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie Balm (born on November 24 the 24th of November, 1980) is an American journalist and political commentator. She was a former politician, as well a TV host on MSNBC and a frequent contributor for The Huffington Post, and former cohost of The Hill’s Rising along with Saagar Enjeti. Enjeti and Ball decided to end the show in May 2021. This was in order for the release of Breaking Points (Krystal and Saagar). Ball is co-host of the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has appeared as a guest on Fox News, CNN, Fox News, Fox News, Fox News, as in addition to shows like Real Time With Bill Maher. Ball was married to Jonathan Dariyanani as of 2020. Ball says that her renewed political interest due to her experience being a mother in the 2008 presidential primaries. Additionally, she also observed the US presidential election in 2008 while working in Jordan. She was able to observe the impact it had on people in Jordan and gained an appreciation for the worldwide impact of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's nominee for Congress in Virginia’s 1st district in the year 2010. She lost to Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. From June 2012 to July 2015, she was the co-host of The Cycle on MSNBC. In May 2017, she created the People's House Project, a political action committee that works on behalf of Democratic causes.
